Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes we do but at an additional cost. You can choose international delivery or tracked international delivery. For more information, click here.

Q: I’m not sure what I want. Can you pick for me?

A: We love doing bespoke boxes so if you give us an idea of what you’re looking for we’d be glad to make something up for you. Please email or submit using the contact page

Q: How do I cleanse or recharge my crystals?

A: Crystals that are not friable or jointed can be cleansed with water. You can also cleanse using smoke by smudging them; or by burying in sea or rock salt. Salt can damage crystals if you are in a damp atmosphere. The most important advice for cleansing and energising is to make sure you spend time with them holding them and setting them with your intention. Selenite is good for charging crystals as is clear quartz and moonlight. Cleanse and recharge them as often as you feel they need it. All of our crystals have been cleansed with smoke using the smudging technique but it is important that you set them with your intention upon receipt.

A: At present we don’t but we’d be happy to hear from likeminded partners that offer them.
